Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins (-2.5)
Either Miami (1-1) or Buffalo (1-1) will be in the hole after this game. The Dolphins and Bills are very evenly matched and both are coming off losses. The deciding factors here are Miami is at home and has the better quarterback. Look for this to be close all day.
Pick: Miami 20, Buffalo 17
San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals (-6.5)
Arizona (2-0) might be the best team in football right now. With Carson Palmer throwing to a bevy of weapons including a rejuvenated Larry Fitzgerald, the Cardinals are a damgerous group. San Francisco (1-1) is not a dangerous team, and will get pounded.
Pick: Arizona 28, San Francisco 14
Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks (-16)
This is very, very simple. Chicago (0-2) has no defense and Jimmy Clausen against Seattle (0-2) in a must-win game that doubles as a home-opener. Good night.
Pick: Seattle 35, Chicago 3
Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions (NO LINE)
I would love to pick Detroit (0-2), but I don’t see it. The Lions are facing a Denver (2-0) team with a bad offense but a terrific defense. Matthew Stafford is going to be under siege and throwing against elite corners, while Peyton Manning faces two horrendous corners. The only reason this stays close is it’s Detroit’s home opener and it must win.
Pick: Denver 24, Detroit 16
Last Week: 8-8
