Yes, Thursday night was an unmitigated disaster. The kind of game that just eats at you for a long time. That doesn’t define the Chiefs 2015 season. That doesn’t define the Chiefs as a broken team that is fatally flawed. The Chiefs didn’t get eliminated from the playoffs last week. The loss hurt, but it also showed that the Chiefs can dominate the defending division champ when they aren’t shooting themselves in the foot.

For all the talk about how bad of a coach Andy Reid is this week he continues to have a good record coming off bye weeks or weeks with extra time to prepare. That doesn’t sound like a bad coach to me. I don’t know if the Chiefs will be able to pull off a win in Green Bay next Monday night, but I’m guessing that they will be motivated to go out and execute better than they did against Denver. I’m expecting Andy Reid and his staff to have a good plan on how to accomplish that.

If the Chiefs players can execute that game plan and cut out the turnovers and silly penalties they may just surprise some people against the Packers. If that happens I wonder how many people will quickly discard their torches and pitchforks and try to jump back on the bandwagon.

As always, thanks for reading and GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!
