Marcus Peters looks like he may be a legit shut down cornerback and not in five years…soon.

Dontari Poe may be playing already after back surgery this summer, but the pressure has been taken off him by the fantastic play of Jaye Howard, Mike DeVito, and Allen Bailey. You throw in a healthy Derrick Johnson and a run defense that was a major issue last season suddenly looks like a strength. Howard, in particular, has been absolutely fantastic.

Justin Houston shows no signs of letting up after getting his huge payday this offseason. He continues to be an absolute dominant force in both pass rushing situations and against the run.

Outside of his fumbles last week, Jamaal Charles has shown that he’s still an elite playmaker both running the ball and catching it out of the backfield.

Travis Kelce is a stud.

Jeremy Maclin is clearly a better top receiving option than Dwayne Bowe was.
