Chiefs beat Texans: Reaction from team

The Kansas City Chiefs are 1-0 after beating the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon at NRG Stadium. The morning was a bit rough with the Eric Fisher news followed by the turf being terrible at Houston’s domed stadium, but the team made sure to come through.
After the game, this is what was said by the coaches and players to the media:
"I thought our defense played really well, particularly in the first half, got a lot of pressure on (Hoyer)," Andy Reid.

Fisher entered the game toward the end because Stephenson had a finger injury, Reid said.

Reid says he could tell by watching the film that Fisher wasn't right due to the ankle and made the call to keep him out Sunday. #Chiefs
