Dress the entire offensive line for Texans

They need to start the season with a win, but there is an obstacle.  Two words:  Wilfolk and Watt.

Expect them to probe and challenge every position along the offensive line.  The Chiefs should have all the offensive linemen available for a few reasons.  There’s a big change at the tackles.  The interior of the line is raw.  In fact, the only know quantity on the Chiefs offensive line is the left guard. Unsettled is an understatement.

With rookie Morse in the middle, both sides of the line need to gel right now.  There are two functional pairs on the line with Eric Fisher and Laurent Durvernay-Tardif on the right and Donald Stephenson and Ben Grubbs on the left.  To the press, Andy Reid said “I like that chemistry right there between those four right there.”  If that chemistry is not enough to fend off the attacks of Wilfolk and Watt, the team needs to have options.

With Fanaika placed on IR this week and Allen still on the mend but practicing, the options are few.  Zach Fulton and Jah Reid need to both be available.  In case they are needed and cannot answer, Allen would be a last ditch option.  I’d dress him as well. That’s how crucial this first game is.
