22. Eric Berry

Is there any question that Berry already belongs this high on this list? Berry is not only the most inspirational story in franchise history after beating Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in eight months, he is also a great safety. Berry was taken fifth-overall in the 2010 NFL Draft and has made four Pro Bowls along with being a First-Team All-Pro twice.

Berry is a jack of all trades. He has consistently been able to blitz, cover tight ends, drop into zone coverage and stick running backs at the line of scrimmage. At 29 years old, Berry has dealt with his share of injuries, but when healthy, he remains the best strong safety in football.

21. Jan Stenerud

Stenerud is arguably the greatest kicker to ever play. The Norwegian native was the first pure placekicker to ever be inducted into the Hall of Fame, and is a member of the NFL’s 75th Anniversary All-Time team. Stenerud was the Kansas City kicker from 1967-79 before finishing his career with the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings.

Stenerud is also in both the Packers and Chiefs Hall of Fames, showcasing his unique ability. In an age when most kickers were inaccurate, Stenerud was able to pinpoint spots with his soccer-style kicking, hitting on 66.8 percent of his kicks. Stenerud was a seven-time All-Pro and three-time All-AFL selection. His No. 3 has been retired by Kansas City.
