Today is the day. Can you feel it? The draft is a few hours away and I for one cannot be more excited.

I love the NFL Draft. I love it for the drama on Day One, for the trades that can happen and for the excitement it produces. I enjoy it because I get the TV to myself — it may be in the basement man cave, but it still counts.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be on the clock soon and all the hype and speculation of whom they will select will cease to be. We will know what the future of the franchise might look like in a few short hours.

As many of my fellow writers have done, I decided to bust out a mock draft and who I would select with the 18th-overall pick in 2015.
