On this episode of Roughing the Kicker, Joshua Brisco and Ryan Landreth talk about the breaking news that could cost the Chiefs their Director of Player Personnel and special teams coach, the top ten free agents who could be leaving the team, and the news from wild card weekend.

For the Chiefs to improve in 2015, they have to start by resigning their own talent: starting with NFL sack leader Justin Houston. However, I would argue that the first free agent that the Chiefs should lock down is Rodney Hudson. The offensive line needs an anchor, and Hudson can be that. On the show, Ryan and I discuss the most (and least) vital free agents that the Chiefs will be dealing with in 2015.

We also talk about the first look at the Chiefs’ 2015 opponents and glance at the players the Chiefs signed to reserve/futures contracts. We also do a quick recap of the wild card weekend action from around the league and find what the Chiefs can do to end up playing next January.
