Who else?

Last week showed that the Chiefs can be good with a strong passing game and gnarly defense against a bad team. But, to be great, which is what it will take to win this game, they are going to need a big performance from their best player.

Luckily, if any single player on the squad has Pittsburgh’s number, it’s Charles. In 2012, Charles ran for 100 yards and a TD to give the team their first lead of the season in Week 9 against the Steelers. In their previous meeting, he returned a kickoff 97 yards for a TD and caught TD pass against them.

Unfortunately, Charles has been fighting a series of injuries this season and it’s clear that the coaching staff has tried to rest him the last two weeks. I expect to see a heavy dose of RB Knile Davis, but if the Chiefs win this game, it’ll be on the back of one or two great plays made by the Man of Speed.
