After steadily improving play over the past 10 games, Sunday’s match again revealed just how bad this offensive line is. The amount of times I saw more than one of the starting five offensive linemen on the ground within a second of the snap was mind-blowing. Smith rarely had more than half a second to decide to fire or flee.

RB Jamaal Charles was dodging unblocked defenders in the backfield or at the line of scrimmage on nearly every play.

I could bring up specific instances from my notes of remarkable acts of crappy blocking, but there’s no need. You watched the game. I assume. God help you.
