The Kansas City Chiefs announced earlier today safety Eric Berry may have lymphoma, a type of cancer that attacks the lymph nodes. It has yet to be officially diagnosed, but the news is scary enough for many on Twitter to send their love Berry’s way.
Here are some of the tweets that have been sent out by NFL players, Chiefs fans, and some other surprising sources.
Eric Berry's one of the kindest/smartest/toughest guys I have met in a football locker room. What a story he'll be when he returns from this

Terrible news on Eric Berry, and best wishes. Best SEC safety I've ever seen, bar none. LaRon Landry, Deon Grant, Mark Barron on 2nd tier.
