Former Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Mike Vrabel tweeted this weekend that a thief broke into his home and stole the three Super Bowl rings he won with the New England Patriots during his playing career.
Vrabel’s tweet was pretty straight forward. Warning, there is strong language if that sort of thing offenses you.
To all the Houston area pawn shops: 3 super bowl rings are headed your way. Courtesy of the mother fuckers who smashed our back door in

Yikes.
Vrabel’s wife also jumped in on tweeting her frustration, calling the thieves “thugs.”
She then retweeted a few sympathetic messages from followers, including Ohio State Director of Player Personnel, Mark Pantoni.
@CoachVrabel50 hope they have seen the movie Taken for what's about to happen to them

Dang. If the Vrabel’s are going to get Liam Neeson on the case those rings could be back on Vrabel’s fingers by Monday morning.
Vrabel was brought to Kansas City as part of the trade executed primarily to acquire Patriots QB Matt Cassel. He played for the Chiefs for two seasons before hanging up his cleats and going into coaching. He worked at his alma mater, The Ohio State University for a spell before making the jump to the NFL to be the linebackers coach for the Houston Texans.
