Graphic Designer Remixes Kansas City Chiefs Logo With A Disney Twist


When you were younger, odds are that you spent many an hour watching Disney classics and the Kansas City Chiefs. And if you’re connected to the interwebs, odds are that you appreciate Photoshop edits.

Graphic guru Mark Avery-Kenny of AK 47 Studios redesigned all 32 NFL logos with a touch of Disney.

For the Chiefs, Avery-Kenny went to the Wayback Machine.

I’ll be the first one to admit that I’ve never seen The Sword in the Stone, but from what I gathered in this YouTube clip, it’s about Gandalf teaching witchcraft to Christopher Robin.

Apparently, the movie also features a [drum roll] sword in a stone, hence Kansas City’s design.

This isn’t the first time that Avery-Kenny has injected sports with a splash of pop culture. In another round of edits, he tweaked MLB logos around a Star Wars theme.
