So what’s next for the Rams? Maybe they survive in the city of St. Louis for another year, but it’s not hard to believe that the team is destined for greener pastures, sooner rather than later. Some fans have taken action, doing the best they can to protest a potential move, but the NFL wants teams in situations to make money. The St. Louis marketplace isn’t big enough a draw for a team to remain there if no one is going to attend these games.

My condolences to the genuine Rams fans in St. Louis, however many are truly left. Every fan of the game deserves a team to root for, to follow, to believe in. If the Rams leave, your neighbors across Missouri will gladly accept you with open arms into Chiefs Kingdom. We’ll be here.

As for now, however, these two cities are divided by one quick stretch of American highway; but in the football world, these cities exist on separate planets.
