Thursday brought about four new names to the injury report. Here is how everything is breaking down three days before the Chiefs-Titans game.

FULL PARTICIPATION

S Eric Berry (heel)

LB Tamba Hali (knee)

DL Mike DeVito (hand)

WR A.J. Jenkins (concussion)

WR Junior Hemingway (hip)

WR Albert Wilson (ankle)

DL Vance Walker (hand)

LB Josh Martin (quad)

FB Anthony Sherman (back)

LB Frank Zombo (groin)

Eric Berry talked to Terez A. Paylor about his heel situation and whether or not it was going to be a lingering problem for him throughout the season. Here’s what Berry said:

“We’ll take it day by day, week by week and see how it goes. I can’t predict the future, so it might go away, it might linger. We don’t know, so we’ll just try to handle it.”

Defensive coordinator Bob Sutton said he thinks Berry looks fine and he “hasn’t noticed anything since he’s been back full-time.” Whatever that means.

It would have been nice to hear something a little more confident from Berry about his foot being back in shape but it appears this is going to be something that’s going to bother him for a while. Hopefully the additions of Kurt Coleman and Kelcie McCray will help take some unnecessary snaps away from Berry so he can stay healthy.

Sherman and Zombo are two new players added to this list. It is noted that they have injuries but they both participated fully in practice. Zombo and Sherman each have incredible value as special teams players so having them active is important even if they are a little banged up.
