3. Injury Updates
Mike DeVito has a broken hand according to Andy Reid. DeVito did not practice but Paylor suggest he wouldn’t be surprised if DeVito played through the injury. Given we are in early August it would seem foolish to play DeVito in a game but it is encouraging that the thought is DeVito could play now if needed.
Albert Wilson suited up to practice but was held out after testing his sprained ankle. The fact that he tried to give it a go is encouraging in the sense that the sprain must not be that serious. Wilson has done enough so far to have a nice hold on a potential roster spot, in fact Peter King thinks he’s already earned it.
Ryan Succop has a groin injury and did not participate in practice today. Cairo Santos was nine for 10 on field goals from various distances today in practice.
Kyle Love also missed another day of practice, which is sad. Mike Catapano returned to practice after his illness, which is good.
