Three Players I Want To “See”: Kansas City Chiefs
By Nick Floyd
Finally my most anticipated player to watch this coming Thursday is tight end prospect Demetrius Harris.
Harris a developmental prospect has been turning heads big this offseason with the Chiefs. The news out of Chiefs camp has been high on the once basketball player turned tight end. With Sean McGrath retiring from the game because he felt his heart was not in it and players like Anthony Fasano and Travis Kelce, Harris is now most assuredly on the bubble and very capable of earning a roster spot in 2014.
What I look for in Harris is to be used, hopefully once or twice with the number ones in a series, and obviously he will see plenty of time as they leave the field for the second and third teams to get their reps in. If Harris can produce like he has against the Chiefs defense as an opponent he very well could be a star player flying under that radar.
Well there you have it, the players I am looking forward to “seeing” on this Thursday. With the first preseason game coming up super close it only gets me more excited for the 2014 and what the Chiefs will do in the AFC West and the NFL.
Sound off Addicts, who is someone you are looking forward to seeing on Thursday? Sound off below.
Go Chiefs!
