Have the Chiefs signed Vance Walker? Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Post-Gazette says so.
NFL source says Kansas City is signing DL Vance Walker today. Packers were trying to set up visit. He played for Raiders last season

The hold up here is neither Terez Paylor of the Kansas City Star, Adam Teicher, or the Chiefs have confirmed the signing (yet).
Can't confirm the report about Vance Walker signing with #Chiefs. Doesn't mean deal won't get done but I'm told a deal isn't in place yet.

Echoing @TerezPaylor on the report that Vance Walker signed with #Chiefs.Could happen but doesn't look like they are there yet
— Adam Teicher (@adamteicher) March 14, 2014
Also, there is this:
DT Vance Walker has not signed with any team. Has several visits lined up.

This would seem to suggest the Chiefs have not signed Walker or all of the other reporters are just really slow on the uptake. We’ll have an update for you should one come.
UPDATE
From the agency that represents Walker:
@PeteDougherty Reports of Vance Walker agreeing to terms in KC are completely false - he's scheduled to visit Seattle Sunday
— Chad Speck (@Chad_Speck) March 14, 2014
And his agent:
False Alarm!! Vance Walker has not signed with the Chiefs! Vance is scheduled to visit with the Seahawks on Sunday.

Should note this agency represents current Chiefs players Eric Berry, Joe McKnight, and Rokevious Watkins.
