Kansas City Chiefs Re-Sign Husain Abdullah

The team has yet to confirm the signing but it looks like Husain Abdullah is going to be back with the Chiefs. Here’s the initial report:

Kansas City has a few more free agents remaining: Akeem Jordan, Kendrick Lewis, Quintin Demps, and Kyle Williams. We’ve heard there has been interest in Jordan from a few other teams and the Chiefs are still negotiating with him. Williams, too, has received interest. Not much has been said about Lewis and Demps.
One would think Lewis will not return after the season he had last year and with the anticipated return of Sanders Comings. Demps could be a guy who is re-signed for depth and to continue running back kicks. However, all of that is speculation at this point.
