It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s, Jamaal Charles!

If there was anyone on the 2013 Kansas City Chiefs’ roster who deserves to be compared to a Super Hero, outside of Justin Houston and Tamba Hali, it would be Charles.

The Chiefs’ running back is apparently feeling pretty good now after missing practice on Wednesday with a knee injury.

In fact, he’s feeling so good that he dressed up as Flash and ran around Kansas City’s locker room, according to a Vine from defensive tackle Anthony Toribio:

Through eight games, Charles has run for 635 yards and six touchdowns, and has also caught 41 passes for 383 yards and two touchdowns. Simply put, Charles is the straw that stirs the Chiefs’ offensive drink, and without him, there’s a good chance that Kansas City would not be heading up to Buffalo as an undefeated team this weekend.

Simply put, he is the super hero of this Kansas City Chiefs’ offense.

The good news is, the Chiefs will have his services for this weekend, according to Adam Teicher of ESPN.com:

Charles’ health will be paramount as Kansas City moves forward into the bye week after this Bills game, and then to the real meat of the 2013 schedule.

For now, it’s good to see Flash, er I mean Jamaal Charles, running around.
