The Kansas City Chiefs face the Oakland Raiders this weekend for the chance to go 6-0 on the 2013 regular season.

The Raiders head into this game with a 2-3 record, and they’re coming off a good 27-17  win over the San Diego Chargers.

There’s a lot on the line for both teams, and that’s not even considering the fact that they’re both in the same division and are bitter rivals.

At this point in the NFL season, players are undoubtedly dealing with bumps and bruises, and even though this has been a magical start for Kansas City, the Chiefs aren’t immune to injuries.

With that in mind, here’s the latest injury report out of Kansas City. This is from Friday mind you, so when more comes out closer to game day, we’ll update that here as well:

Make sure to check back periodically and especially on game day.
