Tomorrow is Red Friday! There are several events going on around town, I have compiled a list so that all you Addicts can be in the know.
Tomorrow morning at 7 A.M. 6 smoke writer airplanes will be flying over Kansas City to paint the city RED. Get up early and watch as this is a must see. I don’t remember the Chiefs ever doing this.
All morning Chiefs Red Coaters will be all over town at local businesses as well as popular street corners to sell Red Friday magazines. They are $2 each and support Ronald McDonald house! This is another thing every Chiefs fan should participate in.
From 11 A.M to 12 P.M Chiefs Cheerleaders as well as KC Wolf will be in front of Sprint Center. Also Warpaint will be there to interact with fans! This would be really fun to attend as well!
Friday night at 6:30PM there will be a pep rally at the Power and Light, Chiefs players will be there as well as Mitch Holthus, Chiefs Cheerleaders, KC Wolf, and the Chiefs Rumble! There is also a chance to win tickets to the home opener at the pep rally!
The Chiefs Arrowhead logo will be painted at the following locations for this weekend; Liberty Memorial, Kansas City International Airport, Ward Parkway, and the Nelson-Atkins Museum.
Also the Chiefs have teamed up with Parks and Recreation to have the fountains turn red tomorrow. This will be really cool to view.
On Friday Night the following locations will have red lights to commemorate Red Friday.
Marriott Hotel Downtown, Wornall Bridge, Overland Park Convention Center, Indepence Events Center, Bartle Hall, Union Station, AMC Alamo, and Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and Sister Cities Bridge.
All these should be a great time!
