The Kansas City Chiefs have reportedly signed CJ Jones, a defensive back from Texas A & M University.
The Chiefs continue to stay busy in the undrafted free agent market, signing Jones to a contract. He sent out a very excited tweet, announcing the news to the world.

That tweet was quickly followed up by a shout to his former Aggie teammate, Cyrus Gray who will be with him once again in KC.

As head coach Andy Reid and general manager, John Dorsey pointed out in their post draft press conference, they will continue to bring guys in who can not only compete, but also help their teammates get better by providing competition. CJ is one of those guys who will help his teammates get better.
Jones did not have a stellar season in College Station by any means. He barely played and when he did, he didn’t contribute a whole lot to the outcome of the football game. He’ll be a good camp body that will make the roster as a special teamer, if at all. He’s got his foot in the door, and sometimes, that’s all it takes.
What do you think, Addicts? Do you approve of the latest Chief from the state of Texas?
