Another Jonathan Baldwin Catch

facebooktwitterreddit

Apparently today is the day of Jonathan Baldwin awesomeness.

Our spies at Kansas City Chiefs training camp snagged another video of Jonathan Baldwin making a rather impressive catch. This one comes off the arm of Brady Quinn. Baldwin gets into his route and then turns and looks back for the ball. He has a DB over top of him but he locates the ball and bursts passed the defender to make the catch with outstretched arms.

A good training camp doesn’t necessarily mean a good season but there is no reason not to be seriously excited about Jonathan Baldwin’s potential right now. The skills are obviously there and if he can translate them into game action, the KC offense could be much, much more dangerous than it was in 2011. That will be good for Matt Cassel, the running game and the defense.

We’re always looking for camp footage and pictures. If you make the trip up to camp and you get some good video footage, please pass it along to me at patrick.allen@fansided.com. I’d be happy to share it with Addict Nation for you!
