James Sanders Signs With The Falcons

We told you yesterday that former Patriots safety James Sanders was scheduled to visit the Chiefs if he did not work something out with the Atlanta Falcons yesterday.

Well, he worked something out with the Atlanta Falcons yesterday.

According to Pro Football Talk, Sanders signed with the Falcons.

Sanders is a quality player and could have provided excellent depth at free safety for the Chiefs. Instead, it looks like KC will have to continue to rely on the likes of McGraw and Donnie Washington. Let’s hope nothing happens to Kendrick Lewis or Eric Berry.
