Multiple Reports: Players Did Not Vote Tonight

Various sources are now reporting that the players have ended their conference without taking a vote.

This doesn’t spell doom. We are hearing from the players that they have not seen and/or had enough time to review this new CBA. Some are claiming that the owners tried to slip some last minute details into the CBA without player approval. The players believe that the owners are trying to pressure them into a deal.

The word out there now is that the players are going to take their time and make sure they get all the details straight before they vote.

The best we can all do now is take a deep breath, keep the bubbly on ice and hope that when we wake up tomorrow, everyone has calmed down. Let’s give the players some time to review and ratify this deal. There may be some more bargaining that needs to be completed. Hang tough.
