Jamaal Charles Named To The AP NFL All-Pro Team
On the heels of finding out that Eric Berry and Tamba Hali will be joining Matt Cassel, Dwayne Bowe, Brian Waters and Jamaal Charles in the Pro Bowl, the Kansas City Chiefs got more good news today when they learned that Charles has been elected to the NFL All-Pro team by the Associated Press.
Today’s announcement is the cherry on top of an incredible season by the young Chiefs running back. The All-Pro team is selected by a panel of 50 media members who chose a first team and a second team consisting of the runner ups. Charles, along with Texans RB Arian Foster, was named to the first team.
This is one of the more prestigious honors an NFL player can receive and in Charles’ case, it was certainly deserved.
Congratulations to Jamaal!
