Chiefs Injury Report

facebooktwitterreddit

The Kansas City Chiefs have wrapped up the media portion of practice today and the reports are pouring in on which players are the most banged up.

Here are the highlights:

-Tony Moeaki was not present at all. He is reported to have a concussion. I’d say he is out for Sunday.

-Matt Cassel has a busted left ankle. Nick Wright tweeted that Cassel was dead last in sprints today. Cassel had a noticeable limp during last weeks game. It is likely a sprain that he will play through though his mobility could be an issue.

-Brian Waters has a groin injury and sat out today while rookie Jon Asamoagh took snaps in his stead.

-Kedrick Lewis, who has been battling a hamstring injury, was running through drills according to Josh Looney.

-Dexter McCluster is still limited…

-Lastly, Nick Wright tweeted that Todd Haley appears to be dealing with some sort of leg injury that is causing him trouble when walking. Haley figures to be probable for Sunday’s game.
