After a long holdout, ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports that San Diego Chargers WR Vincent Jackson is finally going to show up for work.
Unfortunately for the Chargers, by the time he suites up it may be too late.
Jackson has to come back because if he does not, he will not earn an accrued season which would leave him open to again being a restricted free agent in 2011.
Jackson will return on October 31 but will then have to wait three weeks before he can play in a game. That means he would be available when the Chiefs go to San Diego.
