Today is almost like a mini free agency period as teams across the NFL shake up their rosters in order to get down to the required 53 players.
With 32 teams cutting their roster numbers from 75 to 53, that means 704 men are about to be out of work.
That means some teams are going to cut guys that the Cheifs might be interested in so there is a distinct possibility that the Chiefs will makes some roster additions today as well.

There has already been a trade today with DE Antwan Barnes being traded from the Ravens to the Eagles.
Notable cuts:
The Dolphins released former 2nd round pick, QB Pat White. That is good news for former Chief Tyler Thigpen who has locked up Miami’s backup slot.
The Redskins released Willie Parker. His career could be over.
TJ Houshmandzadeh was cut by the Seahawks.
The Titans released Myron Rolle.
