Chargers Watching Film Of Irish, Browns To Scout Chiefs

This shouldn’t come as a great surprise but the San Diego Chargers are studying film of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Cleveland Browns to get ready for their Monday night showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Signonsandiego.com

Theoretically this move makes sense as the Chiefs hired former Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis to be their offensive coordinator and former Cleveland Browns coach Romeo Crennel to be their defensive coordinator. This is all part of the process of searching for tenancies in your opponents coaches.

Though the Chargers are preparing, Todd Haley and company would be foolish not to have a few tricks up their sleeve that they haven’t been so kind as to show on tape.

We’ll find out in about two weeks when the teams clash on Monday Night Football.
