Jamaal Charles Voted Derrick Thomas Award Winner, K Ryan Succop Wins Mack Lee Hill Award

The Mothership is reporting some team awards have been given out.

Jamaal Charles was awarded the teams MVP Award. This should come as no surprise as Charles clearly established himself as the teams best offensive player.

Rookie kicker and Mr. Irrelevant, Ryan Succup brought home the Rookie of the Year honors. Succup clearly had the biggest impact of all the Chiefs rookies, banging home 25 of 29 field goals.

Congratulations to Mr. Charles and Mr. Succup. Hopefully more awards are in their future.
