The Kansas City Chiefs have issued their final injury report for this week and it is a thing or beauty. There are 14 players listed on the injury report, and all of them are probable, including offensive linemen Jeff Allen and Eric Fisher.

Here’s the official list:

OT Eric Fisher – Ankle – Probable
OT Jeff Allen – Knee – Probable
RB Charcandrick West – Achilles – Probable
WR Jeremy Maclin – Back – Probable
S Husain Abdullah – Quad – Probable
LB Tamba Hali – Neck – Probable
TE Demetrius Harris – Foot – Probable
TE Travis Kelce – Hip – ProbableWR De’Anthony Thomas – Calf – Probable
WR Jason Avant – Hip – Probable
WR Albert Wilson – Shoulder – Probable
LB Josh Mauga – Achilles – Probable
NT Dontari Poe – Back – Probable
LB D.J. Alexander – Hamstring – Probable

You could not ask for better news than this. Even if they do not start, it looks like Fisher and Allen will be on the field and active for Thursday night’s game against the Denver Broncos. Should an injury happen to an offensive lineman or somebody is playing poorly, head coach Andy Reid will have options.

Frankly, I am a bit surprised that Allen is probable. It sounded like Allen would not be able to go this week when Reid talked about his progression, but apparently that is not the case. Remember, being probable means that you are all but certain to play in the game by the National Football League’s definition.

Meanwhile, Denver has a few injury concerns. The Broncos will be without defensive end Kenny Anunike who has been ruled out. Denver also has questionable designations for running back C.J. Anderson (ankle/toe), defensive end Malik Jackson (head) and safety Darian Stewart (groin). Also, safety Omar Bolden is listed as doubtful with a foot injury and has not practiced all week.

Kansas City is in great shape heading into Thursday night. Here is to hoping it can take advantage.
