Matt Cassel To Start vs. Rams

The Kansas City Chiefs have released their inactive list and QB Matt Cassel’s name is nowhere to be found.

In what is obviously a must-win game for the Chiefs, Cassel will suit up just days after having his appendix removed.

The Chiefs offense was totally shutdown last week in San Diego when being lead by backup QB Brodie Croyle.

It is unlikely that Cassel will be at 100% but he is still more dangerous than Croyle and his presence will force the Rams to respect the pass.
