KC Chiefs have opportunity for epic revenge tour in NFL playoffs

Buffalo Bills
The Bills appear to be the most likely matchup if the Chiefs win in the wild card round. In order for this matchup, the Bills would simply have to defeat the Patriots on Saturday night. In this case, there could be no higher seed and Kansas City would be their opponent in the divisional round with a victory against the Steelers.
For a couple years now, the Bills have been working to catch the Chiefs. After being defeated in the AFC Championship last season, some may call this a revenge game FOR the Buffalo Bills. If you are a Chiefs fan, however, you will recall a loss earlier this season in which the Chiefs surrendered 374 total yards to Josh Allen. In this loss, the Chiefs dropped to 2-3 on the season and were on the brink of disaster.
The Chiefs were scrambling to stay afloat and there were more questions than answers. At the conclusion of the Bills game, Patrick Mahomes had thrown six interceptions through five weeks. While some declared the season dead at the conclusion of the Bills game, it did not get much better until they had truly hit rock bottom against the Tennessee Titans two weeks later..
There is a chance that Kansas City has the opportunity to take on the Bills in the divisional round of this year’s playoffs. For Mahomes and company, revenge for their earlier 38-20 loss would be sweet, especially because it would mean that for the fourth consecutive season, Kansas City would be headed to the AFC Championship.
