Who will work best in Kansas City?

FORT WORTH, TX – OCTOBER 29: Patrick Mahomes II
FORT WORTH, TX – OCTOBER 29: Patrick Mahomes II /

Given what I’ve learned about these guys, Pat Mahomes seems to be the best fit for K.C. and will have the highest payoff. He has been getting comparisons to Derek Carr of the Raiders. Think of that talent ceiling. A potential MVP candidate in the waiting. That gets me excited.

DeShaun Watson would not be a bad compensation prize if Kansas City misses out on Mahomes. From where I see it, Watson does not have the same high ceiling and may not payoff the same way that Mahomes would.

As for Kizer, stay away. Some needy team will take a chance on Kizer and they will get bitten for it. Ask Brady Quinn, Notre Dame QBs never workout. Besides history, Kizer shows all the signs of a risk with the return of an expensive career backup.

Go for Mahomes. If not him, Watson will make for a nice compensation prize and don’t take Kizer until after round 3. Thanks for reading Addicts! What do you think? Mahomes as the best choice? Is Watson your man? Let me know! Stay loud, stay awesome, and Go Chiefs!
