Mitchell Schwartz

Drafted in 2012 by the Cleveland Browns, Mitchell Schwartz finished his rookie season as the top ranked PFF 2012 All-Rookie team for his exceptional pass blocking talent. In his three seasons with the Browns, he never once missed a snap. That is incredible. I am very happy that this man suits up in the red and gold.

In 2016, his first of hopefully many seasons in Kansas City, he got a PFF grade of 80.7. That places him at the 27th-overall tackle. This guy has the stuff, his highest year was 2015 at almost 87 from PFF. That is crazy for a right tackle.

In summary, the two tackles we have are fine. They will anchor our offensive line for years to come. There are solid pieces on the offensive line, the weakest links are the guard positions however. Without the guards in place, our line is only so strong.

What do you think of Fisher and Schwartz? How does Chiefs Kingdom feel about the guard spots? Let me know! I have loved being interactive with everyone! Thanks for reading, stay loud, and Go Chiefs!
