Positions the Chiefs can avoid in the draft
Kansas City has few glaring needs at this point. The loss of their third-round pick does pressurize their draft situation a bit, but once you consider their strengths, the Chiefs have a number of options in front of them. Draftniks will tell you that Dorsey’s a strict adherent to the “best player available” strategy, but I’m not convinced that he isn’t carefully checking his inventory as part of his draft preparation. If I’m right about that, I suspect you’ll see the Chiefs avoid these positions later this week.
Which positions are you comfortable with heading into the draft? Are there any specific players in the draft that would be too good to pass up despite roster strength at the position? Use the comment section below to begin the discussion. As always, we appreciate your readership and support.
