The San Diego Chargers have announced that both head coach Norv Turner and GM AJ Smith will return to the team next season.

This is awesome news.

Turner is a terrible coach. If his team doesn’t start slow, it freaks out in the middle of the season.

I was really worried that Turner was going to get fired and that San Deigo was going to hire Jeff Fisher. With a decent coach, the Chargers might actually have lived up to their potential in 2012.

With Turner? I doubt it.
