I was born in K.C. but move to N.J. at the ripe old age of one. I remember my father and older brothers rooting for the Chiefs and been an avid fan ever since. I've even watched the Chiefs win the Super Bowl! Then I adopted the Royals and spent the mid 70's getting beat up in Yankee Stadium. I'm a former NSCA Strength and Condition coach for distance athletes. I've competed in 24 marathons, four Ironman Triathlons and swam around Manhattan in a race. Now I'm on the bench with MS but spend a lot of time with kids.
