The latest mock draft from NFL.com’s Chad Reuter runs a full six rounds, giving fans a good idea of what a near-full draft class might resemble.

As the 2017 NFL Draft nears, the mock drafts will continue to get longer and longer. Chad Reuter has a new mock draft at NFL.com that runs six full rounds, one short of the regular draft. It’s the sort of lengthy endeavor that gives fans of each NFL franchise a good idea of what a draft class might resemble and how teams might meet potential needs even in later rounds.

The Kansas City Chiefs have 10 picks in the NFL Draft, including four compensatory picks. All of the picks are tradeable this year for the first time in NFL history, which gives general manager John Dorsey plenty of trade ammo to move up and down the draft order to grab the top value on the team’s board.

(If you’re counting seven rounds and wondering where the Chiefs other draft pick went, the NFL removed their sixth round pick as part of the punishment levied for allegedly tampering with Jeremy Maclin when he was entering free agency but was still with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs already lost a third-round pick last year as the primary part of the punishment, in addition to fines for the team, Dorsey and head coach Andy Reid.)

Reuter makes no trades in this mock draft, so Dorsey’s picks remain in place as given to him in this exercise, but at least we can get a sense of what the first nine picks might look like if Dorsey stays put.
