Good morning, Addicts! It’s a truly one of the best days of the year, and we all know why.

The Kansas City Chiefs are finally back on the field against another team this afternoon when they take on the Seattle Seahawks at Arrowhead Stadium. Sure, the game doesn’t count for anything other than pride and a learning experience, but it is still an actual game.

Everyone should be ready to play outside of Josh Mauga, and the fellas on the Physically Unable to Perform List.

Kansas City Chiefs offensive line enjoying stabilityBlair Kerkhoff of the Kansas City Star

"Schwartz hasn’t missed a snap in four NFL seasons with the Browns and he was one of the Chiefs’ most significant acquisitions. Last season the Chiefs used four players at right tackle and nine different starting lineups on the offensive line in 18 games, including the playoffs."

Five things to watch going into Saturday’s gameTerez Paylor of the Kansas City Star

"Justin Houston continues to rehab a knee injury, while Tamba Hali has essentially been resting his balky knees all camp. That’s left Dee Ford and Frank Zombo as the top edge rushers during camp, with other vets — like Dez Moses and Andy Mulumba — working behind them."

Tyreek Hill has chance to be Chiefs’ most impactful rookieAdam Teicher of ESPN

"Between his ability as a kickoff and punt returner and his potential as a wide receiver, Hill has a chance to be the Chiefs’ most impactful rookie. He is fast but plays bigger than his size (5-foot-10, 185 pounds) would suggest."

Five things to watch in preseason openerBen Almquist of KC Kingdom

"None of that matters now though because this is 2016 and nothing in any other year matters.  It’s a new season and a new set of challenges for our Chiefs, though some are a bit familiar.  Every team comes into the new season with question marks.  Every team has areas of concern."
