Good morning, Addicts! I hope you are enjoying a finfe Tuesday wherever you are. I’m currently back where i grew up, enjoying a nice vacation with the soon-to-be Mrs. Verderame, but that doesn’t mean the coverage at Arrowhead Addict slows down a bit.

While there is nothing breaking in terms of news around our Kansas City Chiefs, there is still plenty to be talked about and argued over. Let’s face it, that’s at least half the fun of being fans.

Here is the news you need to know…

Maybe Kansas City’s second receiver isn’t as important as we thinkJoel Thorman of Arrowhead Pride

"Maybe the Chiefs No. 2 receiver doesn’t matter all that much. The Chiefs have Jamaal Charles returning while they extended their two other backs, Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware. They figure to be part of the offense. Then there’s Jeremy Maclin and Travis Kelce, who will assuredly have better seasons than whoever the Chiefs No. 2 receiver ends up being."

The Chiefs haven’t had much to cheer about since 1969John Breech of CBS Sports

"If Dawson was intimidated by the Purple People Eaters, he never showed it. The Chiefs quarterback completed his first two passes of the game for a total of 37 yards, and after that, the rout was on. The Chiefs embarrassed the Vikings by scoring on four of their first five possessions and jumping out to a 16-0 lead."

Offseason workouts with Jeremy Maclin pay off for Wilson, ConleyTerez Paylor of the Kansas City Star

"Over the next month and a half, the two of them and 23-year-old receiver Albert Wilson lifted weights, watched film and worked on route concepts four days a week until the Chiefs’ offseason workout program began April 18."
