How many games do you expect the Kansas City Chiefs to win in 2016?

The Chiefs are coming into the 2016 NFL season with high expectations. Many are picking Kansas City to win the AFC West for the first time since 2010 while some are going even further, believing the Chiefs are a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

Last week, I went on 610 AM radio in Kansas City with Sean Levine and he asked how many wins would be reasonable for the Chiefs this season? I immediately said 12. He was shocked.

So that reaction got me thinking; are my expectations too high for this group? Kansas City won 11 games last year with the roster remaining basically the same, save Sean Smith and Husain Abdullah.

With the return of Phillip Gaines and Jamaal Charles, I believe the Chiefs can win one more game than last year, especially with an easier schedule. When your eight home games include the Buccaneers, Saints, Jaguars, Titans, Jets, Broncos, Chargers and Raiders, you should be rolling to at least a 7-1 record at Arrowhead.

Factor in a 4-4 or 5-3 road record, and that gets you right around 12 wins. Seems like a decent proposition for the Chiefs to be aiming for in my eyes.

What do you think, Addicts? Am I shooting for the moon or pretty accurate?
