Welcome to the 2016 NFL Draft lounge, powered by Arrowhead Addict.

If you have ever wondered where you should be during the 2016 NFL Draft, this is the right spot. Why would you not want to hang out with the Kansas City Chiefs fans that you have come to know and love (argue with?) throughout the offseason.

The Chiefs will be picking No. 37 overall in the second round on Friday night, with general manager John Dorsey set to take a lottery ticket, hoping to cash in. The Chiefs are a team coming off an 11-5 season and this year, are hoping to reach the Super Bowl for the first time since 1969.

It will be very interesting to see who Dorsey selects when the Chiefs go on the clock. Maybe Kansas City will select cornerback Mackensie Alexander out of the University of Clemson, giving Marcus Peters an athletic running mate. Then there is Sterling Shepard, the University of Oklahoma wide receiver who could turn out to be the best at his position in this class.

At the end of it all, hopefully Kansas City can land a quality player who helps it win the AFC West. That is all that matters, regardless of position.
