The 2016 NFL Draft is here! What selections could be made for the Kansas City Chiefs?

The Draft is finally here! All the hype and the spectacle will finally come to an end as teams select the future stars of the NFL during the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

For the Kansas City Chiefs there have been many questions surrounding just who they would select at number 28 this year. Many analysts predict a corner to KC replacing cornerback Sean Smith, who left for the Oakland Raiders. Some are saying they need to draft the eventual replacement for Derrick Johnson or Tamba Hali, as both players are on the downhill march of their potential Hall of Fame careers.

With that in mind and thanks to the people over at Fanspeak.com, I was able to get in there and do a mock draft for the first round. In order to get a more broad range of selections I wanted to do the draft at a minimum of three times, using different draft boards as the basis for the selection. If you have not gone to this website to play around with their On the Clock, you are missing out. It is always a fun experience to step into the shoes of general manager John Dorsey and select the future star for the Kansas City Chiefs. So without further delay, here are the results of my mock draft.

To get a better understanding I am going to break down my pick and say which of the big draft boards I used for the selection and more importantly why I chose that player.
