It seems so far away, but the 2016 NFL Draft will be here before you know it. Right now, the season is just having come to a close for the Kansas City Chiefs, and emotions are still raw. Only a week and a half removed from falling to the New England Patriots is still fresh in our minds.

Incredibly, we must turn the page and begin to focus on what is about to be, instead of what once was. The 2015 season is over and now, we have free agency and the draft right around the proverbial corner. In less than six weeks, free agency will begin and general manager John Dorsey will be scrambling to keep talent in house while also trying to pry a few players away from other clubs.

On Saturday, the focus will be on the upcoming NFL Draft, though, with the Senior Bowl taking place in Mobile, Ala. This is where true draft grades will begin to come out, with players seeing their stocks rising and falling with every drive. From there, it is only three weeks until the NFL Scouting Combine, which runs from Feb. 23-29.

So which positions should the Chiefs and their fans be playing special attention to? Let’s run down the list.
