Chargers vs. Chiefs: How to watch

The Kansas City Chiefs are trying to get back to .500 this weekend against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday afternoon at Qualcomm Stadium. This is a huge opportunity for Kansas City, a team that most of us believed was dead and buried only a month ago.

In fact, should the Chiefs win and have the fortune of both the New York Jets losing to the Houston Texans, and the Buffalo Bills falter at the New England Patriots, Kansas City would be in the playoffs with six weeks remaining.

This is a game the Chiefs have to win. It is a divisional game and in addition, the Chargers are 2-7 and have approximately eight fans. Kansas City is a much better team than San Diego and should be able to control the game on both sides of the line of scrimmage.

The Chiefs have won three games in a row and are coming off a huge victory on the road over the Denver Broncos. It was the first time that Kansas City has beaten Denver since the days of Tim Tebow back in 2011.

With a victory, the Chiefs would be putting themselves in great position. At 5-5, they would have four of their six remaining contests at Arrowhead Stadium, with the two road games being against the Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Ravens.
