Good morning, Addicts! It’s a Red Friday, and that is always something to be excited about. Between the Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Chicago Bears this weekend, the Kansas City Royals playing in Game 2 of the America League Division Series against the Houston Astros, and the work week about to end, you should be jumping for joy.

Hopefully, all of those outcomes turn out beautiful, and the weekend leaves us all feeling very good about both the present and the future.

Without further adieu, here is the news you need to know:

Travis Kelce remains dedicated to ClevelandBranson Wright of The Cleveland Plain Dealer

"Kelce, whose older brother Jason is in his fifth season as the starting center for the Philadelphia Eagles, caught five passes for 49 yards as the Chiefs fell to 1-3. Fortunately, his return was not all lost because of the brief time he spent with family and friends who made the trip downstate from Cleveland Heights."

Stocks up and stocks down for the Chiefs through four games Stagdsp of Arrowhead Pride

"Peters is your classic start up. He’s shown tremendous potential but isn’t yet a consistent, established brand. The future is bright for the young CB, he’s been as good or better than we expected thus far. Once he’s able to consistently shut down his man AND make the big plays we’ve seen so far, he could be a star."

Kansas City is not seeing many names on the injury reportJoel Thorman of Arrowhead Pride

"TE Travis Kelce has a groin / thumb injury and TE James O’Shaughnessy has a hand injury but they were both full participants in practice so that’s nothing to worry about too much right now."
