The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off an awful divisional loss to the Oakland Raiders, who, before Thursday, were winless. No one thought the Chiefs would get dismantled as badly as they did.

The Chiefs were clinging to a tie with the two-time-champion Denver Broncos before that ill-fated Thursday night loss. Now that Denver has escaped the weekend with a close victory over the visiting Miami Dolphins, it comes into Arrowhead with the edge over Kansas City.

The Chiefs are very much playing for their season against quarterback Peyton Manning and company, as their slight lead on the final playoff spot is on the line. If they want to keep their playoff hopes alive, they need to find a way to win this weekend. The Broncos have shown they are human and can be beat if you are able to pull a complete game together, which the Chiefs have shown they can do.

What do the Chiefs need to do on offense and defense this Sunday? Let’s take a look.
